Modified Burn Restriction to STAGE 1 RESTRICTIONS

On or about 09/28/2026, the Elbert County Sheriff's Office issued an Executive Order, modifying the bum restrictions to STAGE 1 RES1RICTIONS. Based upon recommendations of local Fire Chiefs, and the bum restriction evaluation guideline, it is determined that a STAGE 1 burn restriction is necessary.
