Modified Burn Restriction to STAGE 1
On or about 05/26/2026, the Elbert County Sheriff's Office issued an Executive Order, modifying the burn restrictions to STAGE I RESTRICTIONS. Based upon recommendations of local Fire Chiefs, and the burn restriction evaluation guideline it is determined that a stage 1 burn restriction is necessary.
